# Ich habe Probleme beim Login. Was kann ich tun?

Der Login geht ganz einfach mit einem OTP (One-time-password), das du per E-Mail zugeschickt bekommst. Falls du diese E-Mail nicht bekommst, schau einmal in deinem Spamfolder nach. Falls es nicht klappt, schreibe uns eine Nachricht direkt im Chat.
